Information you choose to send

When you request a quote or contact us, we receive the information entered in the form, such as your name, contact details, city, vehicle details and message. We use it to review the request, prepare an offer, arrange an eligible pickup and respond to you.

Lead security and delivery

Forms use security tokens, an anti-spam field, submission timing checks and rate limits. A random lead reference is created after a valid request. Form details are delivered to our protected business mailbox; they are not included in Google Analytics events or ordinary application logs.

Analytics and attribution

Google Analytics is optional. If you select “Accept analytics,” we use it to understand page visits, quote-button use, phone, email and WhatsApp link clicks, form progress and confirmed form delivery. Analytics events contain controlled page and form labels, not the name, email, phone number, message, VIN or vehicle details you enter.

With analytics consent, we may also associate campaign parameters such as UTM values and advertising click IDs with a submitted request so we can understand how the inquiry reached us. These values are not registered as person-level Analytics dimensions.

Cookies and your choice

The site uses an essential session cookie for secure forms and a preference cookie to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. Analytics storage remains denied until you accept it. You can reopen the consent panel at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

Calls and third-party services

Selecting a phone, email or WhatsApp link opens the corresponding service on your device. Those providers process communications under their own privacy terms. A link click is treated as contact intent, not proof that a call or conversation was completed.
